Price Includes

Transportation

Comfortable tourist bus (8–65 seats), brands: Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Iveco.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
For groups using 8–17 seat vehicles: one person may serve as both driver and guide.

Accomodation

4 nights in 3-star Holiday Inn or equivalent hotels.
During peak season: 1–2 nights may be in 2–3 star local specialty hotels in the Highlands.
No single supplement fee if willing to share; supplement applies only if refusing room sharing or insisting on a single room.
Star ratings based on hotels.com or booking.com references.
Room Type: Standard twin room (two single beds). Double bed or family room upgrades are complimentary but subject to availability; request must be made at booking (cannot be guaranteed).

Meals

4 continental breakfasts included (bread, coffee/tea, juice, jam, butter, cold milk, etc.).
Lunch and dinner are not included—guests arrange these themselves.

Invoices

Free invoice issuance (request 3–5 days in advance via email).
For Chinese invoices, please contact customer service before payment.

Price Excludes

Guide & Driver Service Fee

£6 per person per day (mandatory, paid in cash to guide upon joining the tour; applies to both adults and children).

Attraction Entrance Tickets

Not included; guests may freely choose and purchase tickets for preferred attractions.
No forced shopping or mandatory activities.

Meals (Lunch & Dinner)

Not included; guests free to choose.
Guides will recommend authentic local restaurants or budget-friendly fast-food options.

Travel Insurance

Not included; strongly recommended for overseas travel to cover illness, loss of property, accidents, etc.

Other Exclusions

Any personal expenses and items not listed in the “included” section.
Additional local costs such as visas, airfare, optional activities, or transportation (cable cars, sightseeing cruises, taxis, etc.).
Hotel expenses such as telephone, fax, laundry, pay-TV, alcoholic drinks, beverages, porterage, etc.
Penalties for smoking in non-smoking areas (guests bear full responsibility).
Any losses, injuries, or extra costs due to lateness, breaches of contract, personal mistakes, free time activities, or illness.
